Electrical Technology is a core subject of almost all streams of
engineering in India. It is one of the difficult subject to clear for the
completion of B.Tech degree. It comes in first year of B.Tech course offered by
almost all major universities in and around Delhi NCR.
About Subject in Different universities
Electrical Technology comes in first semester of IP Universityand in second semester of UPTU and MDU. Subject is difficult hence large amount
of backlogs are created every year in almost all universities.
Subject course comprises of:
Basics of circuits:- Kirchoff’s current law and voltage law.
Node Analysis, Supernode Analysis, Mesh Analysis, Supermesh analysis.
AC Circuit Analysis:- Complex notations, series and parallel
resonance, Three phase circuits, star delta connections.
Measurement:- Wattmeter, Energy meter, two wattmeter method,
power factor measurement.
VLSI is a core subject of electronics and communication engineering. It contains very complex theoretical derivations and Numericals of MOSFETs. Derivations and Numericals are very difficult to understand and remember. Every year more than 50% of student get backlogs in this subject
